"Women Who Inspire Us"
Posters designed and submitted by EAGL students will be on display in the Poster Competition for the AMIKAS Festa 2024 which will be held at the Fukuoka City Gender Equality Promotion Center, AMIKAS. This summer students designed posters for the theme: 'Women Who Inspire Us'. Students made some wonderful posters about the very interesting and talented women who they draw inspiration from. The students learned a lot about using images from the internet, in particular, they got to understand some of the issues concerning creative commons licensing. In fact, students came up with some imaginative and creative solutions to some of these issues!
These posters will be on display at AMIKAS and the guests on the day of FESTA will get to vote for the top three posters. The FESTA is on November 9 from 9:30 to 18:00. So, please come along to AMIKAS on November 9 and vote for your top three posters! You may also find some inspiration!
