今年度から国際キャリア学科（ICD）にイアン・エドワード・ケニオン先生（英国出身）とグレゴリー・オキーフ先生（米国出身）のお二人が常勤の教員として着任されました。ケニオン先生は「Business Reading」 「Communication Skills」などの英語・コミュニケーション科目を、オキーフ先生は「国際協力研究」「Japan Studies」などの国際協力・地域研究科目を担当されます。
以下はイアン・ケニオン先生からのメッセージです。
Dear ICD students!
Dear Students,
Welcome to ICD. May the next four years be some of
the happiest in your lives. I also hope you will study hard. I didn’t, so I returned to school in my thirties. It’s much harder to make changes in your life when you are older, so now is the time!
For those of you I have met before, keep studying
hard. You may find that as Japan’s population ages, your future job prospects will improve dramatically. I look forward to seeing you again when this (coronavirus) is over.
