（授業紹介）Business Reading（担当：Ian E. Kenyon）

国際キャリア学科の英語科目は定期的に実施するテストに基づき、レベルごとにクラスを編成しています。カリキュラムは英語力をスキル別に高め、総合的に伸ばすことを目的に編成されており、授業の多くは英語圏のネイティブの教員が担当しています。以下はビジネス英語の読解能力の向上を目的とする「Business Reading」（国際キャリア学科２年生必修科目）を担当しているIan E. Kenyon先生（英国出身)による授業紹介です。

授業紹介：Business Reading（Ian E. Kenyon先生）

In Business Reading, our reading matter focuses on a different kind of business each week, for example,  the fashion business, the airline industry and the IT industry. Reading is a fairly solitary pursuit, so other activities are often built in. Students sometimes, for instance, receive slightly different versions of that day’s reading material, with different bits of information missing. Each student’s job is then to prepare questions in order to elicit that information from another student. This makes the class a little more interactive and lively than if they were simply reading on their own. Recently students have been looking at “western-style” CVs and expressing themselves artistically by making their own.
