国際キャリア学部の使命は「グローバル人材の育成」です。将来女性のリーダーとして国内外を問わず活躍するためには実践の場で使える「高度な英語力」が求められます。また、異なる文化に触れ自分の価値観を問い直す経験も必要でしょう。
2014年度に開設した本学部は今年（2015年度）から留学プログラム（長期留学1学期ないし2学期間：短期留学5週間）が開始します。留学科目への高い履修率に将来を見据えた学生達の真剣度が表れています。

The mission of the Faculty of International Career Development (FICD) is to DEVELOP GLOBALLY COMPETENT HUMAN RESOURCES.
To work in a global community, inside and/or outside of Japan, it is vital to have advanced English language abilities. In addition it would be of great importance to experience different cultures and reconsider one's own values.
The FICD was established in 2014, and this year its study abroad programmes start. The faculty has the following programmes in its curriculum.
Study Abroad: 16 credits per semester. Maximally 32 credits
Short Overseas: 6 credits, 5 weeks
